Requirements for Minors:
To get a Tattoo or Body Piercing as a minor at Certified Tattoo Studios, you must meet the following requirements:
FOR TATTOOS MINIMUM AGE IS 16 UNLESS THERE ARE SOME SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
UNDER 16 TATTOOS MUST BE APPROVED
ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS BY OUR CLIENT SUCCESS TEAM DIRECTOR.
WE SERVICE ALL AGES WITH PARENTAL CONSENT FOR BASIC EAR PIERCINGS ONLY
SPECIALTY AND COMPLEX PIERCINGS FOR MINORS MUST BE APPROVED

NO PRIVATE PIERCING FOR MINORS
Parental Presence:
Your parent or legal guardian must be present with you during the appointment.
Valid Identification:
For Minors: Bring a valid state-issued photo ID or a current year school ID.
For Parents: Your parent or guardian must bring a valid state-issued photo ID.
Birth Certificate:
Bring your original Birth Certificate. Photocopies are not accepted.
The names on the Birth Certificate and your IDs must match.
Your parent’s name on their ID must also match the Birth Certificate to verify they are your parent.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
